PRAYER IS NOT SOMETHING WE SHOULD DO JUST WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT
1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
Our entire day should be punctuated with periods of prayer. We should start our day asking God to give us wisdom and guidance. We should ask Him about any important decision we should make along the way and it would not hurt if we asked Him about many of the small decisions we have to make.
We should stop several times each day to thank Him for all He has done and is doing for us during the day. We should ask His blessings upon our meals and upon our jobs and our work.
Praying without ceasing does not mean that we have to walk around with our head bowed and our eyes closed bumping into things and people along the way. It means that we should be in such a mental state and spiritual state that we don't have to severely shift gears to be in a frame of mind to talk to God.
Pray without ceasing. It will make a fantastic difference in your life.
