God's Name

Exodus 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

This is a very important commandment to me. It seems like you are always hearing some one break thiscommandment and they have no shame or remorse in it. It is a part of their everyday speech. They all take his name in vain so lightly. Most of the time we as Christians don't say anything, either because we don't want to stand out or because we are intimidated.

We need to take a stand and tell them we are offended. It might not be popular but It is better to offend man than God.
