WAKE UP 4

Romans 13:13-14 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. (14) But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

We need to be honest with ourselves first so that we can then be honest with others. We are to do that which is honorable and not do as the world does to get their way. There are many today who are demonstrating because life has not turned out the way they would like for it too.

We have generations of people who feel entitled to certain things,(even if they have not earned them) and who feel envious of others who have succeeded when they have not. This is not the way Christians should behave. We should strive to do our very best and even when things don't work out like we want them too we should be more Christlike in our behavior.

Our purpose is not to make provision for the flesh. Our purpose is to glorify God with our lives no matter what the circumstances are.
